DELIVERY POLICY

Olaa Store will send you a confirmation email when your order and payment are received. Orders' shipping charges are calculated based on the product's design. The delivery time is 14 working days for products specially prepared to order. Pre-ordered items will be delivered on the date listed as the delivery time on the product page, and it could take 2 to 4 business days for the item to get to you.

When your package is on the way, you will be notified of your cargo tracking number. You can also use the applicable cargo monitoring system with the tracking number provided to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You are presumed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract if you place an order electronically through the Olaa Store website. Regarding the sale and delivery of the item they have purchased, buyers are subject to the terms of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legislation. The customers are responsible for covering the fees associated with shipping the products. If a product is returned as part of a campaign and is later determined to be beyond the campaign's parameters, the product's remaining value will be assessed using the seasonal price, and the balance will be repaid.

 

You can fill out the return request form on our website and email it to us with your requests for Exchanges and Returns.

 

You will be contacted within 2-4 days after your exchange or return cargo reaches us. In emergency and unusual circumstances, you can acquire information by sending an email to support@olaastore.com.

 

Products that are to be exchanged or returned must be given back in the same condition they were sent, without any flaws, and with their original packaging and accessories. It will be assumed that the products with the product protection tape or product label removed have been used and the right of withdrawal has been waived, so it will not be possible to accept exchange and return. However, no refunds or exchanges can be made for orders specially prepared at the request of our customers.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. *Damaged products that are not recorded are strictly non-refundable. Returns of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted and the price is not refunded. The costs of the products whose return is approved will be paid to you as soon as possible.

 

Your exchange transactions will be completed with your new product being shipped to you as soon as possible after we receive your cargo with the Exchange / Return Form. When we receive your return cargo, after examining the condition of the product, the Exchange / Return Form will be filled and the refund of the order price of all justified requests will be completed within 10 working days. In cases where your return request is not suitable, our team will contact you with a detailed e-mail.

Exchange-return operation cannot be provided for a second time due to the buyer's origin in the product that has been exchanged.

 

Exchange / Return Conditions for Trendyol Orders

We would like to remind you that we cannot exchange your orders from Trendyol.com in accordance with the rules of the intermediary company, and returns can only be made through Trendyol.

 

Cancellation of Undelivered Orders

You can send us your cancellation requests regarding the orders that you have given on our site, which have been paid for but not yet delivered, at customercare@naiaistanbul.com.
